Klondike Branch Library

Tippecanoe County Public Library’s beautiful Klondike Branch Library was built in 2007 and is located on the west side of Tippecanoe County. It is one of the few Indiana library properties certified as a wild life habitat. The branch offers approximately 50,000 items, including materials in Spanish, for use by its library patrons. Visitors can find books, movies and non-fiction DVD’s, music CD’s, audiobooks, magazines and E-readers available for checkout.

Visitors can participate in regular programs such as weekly Family Storytimes on most Wednesdays at 10:15 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.  Other Klondike Branch programs can be found here.

The Klondike Branch Library has a 1,020 square foot public meeting room. It is used for community meetings and library programs. Reservations can be made by calling (765) 429-0100.

The library has 23 computers, for use by the public, including stations for using the Internet, online resources, word processors, youth educational games, and the TIPCAT online library catalog. The library offers wireless Internet access (Wifi)  and has a public copier, scanner, and computer printer ($0.10 per B&W page, $0.50 per color page).

The branch features a fireplace sitting area, two study rooms, an outdoor patio area, and a drive-up book return (on the west side of the building). The Klondike Branch Library is also one of the few Indiana library properties certified as a wildlife habitat.
