To renew your account please confirm your contact information

Allow two business days for renewal to be processed, for faster service please call 765-429-0123.

If you have lost your card/number you will have to come in person with a photo ID to renew your account. Accounts expire once every three years regardless of activity. Accounts with no activity for seven years may be removed from the system and you will have to come in person to apply for a new account.
