People with varying levels of education and a wide variety of interests work in libraries, serving their communities.  Librarians and library workers help people find information and use it effectively for personal and professional purposes. TCPL staff members have knowledge of a wide variety of scholarly and public information sources and must be on the cutting edge of technology trends in order to serve their customers.

Join around 75 staff, including 20 MLS Librarians, in providing excellent library services to the 162,000 residents in Tippecanoe County, Indiana under an ambitious strategic plan.

Our facilities include a newly renovated 49,000 square foot main library, three 14,000 square foot neighborhood branches and a community outreach vehicle. We have over 300,000 books, videos, and downloadable materials. Our system-wide circulation is $1.5 million and our materials budget is $1 million.
