The library is charged for each item that is checked out on Hoopla. The library has a collective daily borrow limit per day on Hoopla. Once that daily borrow limit is reached, no other checkouts are available. The daily borrow resets at midnight. We recommend that you try as early in the day as possible to check out on Hoopla.
