Wyandotte Branch Library
The Wyandotte Branch Library is located on the east side of Tippecanoe County just up the road from Wyandotte Elementary School. Within the cozy brick building, browsers will find thousands of books, plus movies and non-fiction DVDs, music CDs, and magazines. The collection also includes materials in Spanish. The TIPCAT online catalog assures access to TCPL’s generous system wide collection, including print and electronic editions.
In addition to preloaded TCPL e-readers available for checkout, branch technologies include wireless internet access (WIFI), a public copier, scanner, computer printer ($0.10 per B&W page, $0.50 per color page), and a digital arts center.
Similar in design to the Klondike Branch, this new neighborhood library contains a 1,020 square-foot public meeting room that may be reserved for community meetings. The branch features a fireplace sitting area, study rooms, and it is surrounded by plants and flowers native to Indiana.
Visitors may participate in library programs, such as weekly Family Storytimes, monthly meetings of book groups, Summer Reading Clubs, and more. For details about upcoming Wyandotte Branch programs, check out The Pocket Edition Newsletter, and follow us on Facebook & Twitter.
